You have secrets. Maybe experiences from your past or maybe naughty fantasies or maybe you are doing things in secret right now. Of course you have to be careful with secrets. But it feels so good to share them!

Have you spoken your secrets out loud? It is a powerful act, to say them out loud. To say what you want. To say what you have done. To say what was done to you. First, try saying your secrets aloud in a room by yourself. Tell them to your pillow. Now imagine how it will feel to tell them to me. An intelligent woman who listens and pays attention.

Maybe you need a supportive listener who hears you and asks questions so we can both learn more. Does that sound fun? Does it make you nervous? What will we find when we start peeling layers off that onion?

Or maybe, you need to explore a worst case scenario. What if your loving vanilla wife or girlfriend or co-worker found out your secrets? Maybe I need to play the part of the straight-laced women in your life so you can see what it would feel like if your secrets got out? We could role play that scenario.

Do your shameful secrets have to do with inexperience or sexual ignorance or poor performance? Those kinds of secrets are pretty embarrassing. Maybe you need a little sex ed?
