I have a background in wellness counselling and have deep interest in self exploration and somatic experiences in my body. Through my practices I have been able to find sensation in my body and fully feel and release what withheld me from being embodied. I am here to offer you legitimate sex therapy, couples advice, shame and grief work around sexuality, and hold a safe space for you to uncover the parts of yourself that have been withheld.
